Mike's Poetry To Music provides a custom creative service whereby customers submit personal stories, poetry, or other written content, and we produce custom songs and/or music videos based on that content.

All products are digital and delivered via secure download link to the email address provided at checkout.

All orders are processed through our secure Shopify checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Standard delivery: 7 business days for custom songs and custom videos, from the time we receive your complete order and all required information.

Express delivery: 2 business days for custom songs (additional $50.00 AUD applies).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We will notify you if there are any delays.

Upon full payment and delivery, you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use your custom song or video for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Mike's Poetry To Music retains all underlying intellectual property rights in the composition, production, and arrangement of the song or video.

You may not sell, license, broadcast, or use the song or video for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

If you consent to publication on our website, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to feature your song as a sample.

Each order includes one round of revisions. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Additional revisions may be available for a fee. Contact us for details.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains content that is defamatory, offensive, illegal, or that infringes the rights of any third party.

You warrant that any content you submit is your own original work or that you have the right to use it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mike's Poetry To Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
