We want you to be completely satisfied with your custom song or video. Please read our refund policy carefully.
We are committed to delivering a high-quality, personalised product that captures your story. If you are not satisfied with the result, we will work with you to make it right.
Every order includes one round of revisions at no additional cost. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
To request a revision, reply to your order confirmation email with specific, detailed feedback about what you'd like changed.
Full refund: If we are unable to deliver your order within a reasonable timeframe, or if we are unable to produce a satisfactory result after revisions, you are entitled to a full refund.
Partial refund: If you are partially satisfied but we are unable to fully meet your expectations after revisions, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
No refund: Refunds are not available if: you have approved the final delivery; the order was completed as specified and you have simply changed your mind; or you provided incomplete or inaccurate story information that affected the outcome.
To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
As our products are custom-created digital files, we are unable to accept returns in the traditional sense. All refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
